CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ROLL-LIKE HEATING FOOD

PURPOSE:To execute the continuous manufacture being homogeneous and well- balanced by inclining and adjusting downward the tip part side, based on the base end part side as a reference in accordance with fluidity of a raw material, and also, adjusting a rotating speed and a heating temperature, while heating and rotating a cylindrical or temple bell-like horizontal burning drum. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical or temple bell-like horizontal burning drum 1 is heated and rotated, and an oil film for preventing burning is applied to the inside peripheral surface 1a. On its inside peripheral surface 1a, a raw material 2 is dropped in continuously, and spread and burned by fluidity of itself and a rotation of the burning drum 1. The raw material 2 is gelled by burning, rises along the inside peripheral surface 1a of the burning drum 1, and the upper end edge part 2a peeled off and inverted by weight of itself is superposed on the raw material 2 which rises continuously. Subsequently, by an angular moment which works by a rotation of the burning drum 1, a formed part rolled in like a roll by using the superposed part as a core is taken out of the burning drum 1.
