| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the prevention of heating and breakage of an ultrasonic vibrator and an ultrasonic transmission member by detecting failure in feeding water when the failure occurs with the running out of a perfusate during an ultrasonic treatment to stop ultrasonic vibration. CONSTITUTION:In an ultrasonic suction apparatus which has a roller pump 8 for feeding a perfusate to a hand piece 1 through a perfusion path 15, a feed water detection means 22 is provided to detect the presence of a feed water on the discharge side of the roller pump 8. When the failure in feeding water is detected by the feed water detection means 22, a stop signal is sent to the handpiece 1 from a control section 23 to stop ultrasonic vibration, thereby preventing heating and breakage of an ultrasonic vibrator or the like. |
