SAMPLING DEVICE FOR CYLINDER OIL

PURPOSE:To remove the clogging of an oil picking hole and to provide the state wherein the oil can be picked up all the time by sliding a rod valve for cleaning the oil picking hole, which is provided through the center hole of a needle valve, in the oil picking hole which is provided at the center of the main body of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A spool 1-8 is coupled into a needle valve 1-2 and moved rightward by the oil feeding through a hydraulic oil pipe 7 and oil discharging through an oil feeding pipe 8. The projecting part hits a stopper 1-11 and stops. At this time, a rod valve 1-10 is also moved rightward and completely moved out of an oil picking hole 1-6 at the right end. When the needle valve 1-2 is further moved rightward, the tip is separated from a valve seat 1-9, and the oil picking hole 1-6 communicates with an oil extracting hole 1-7. Therefore, the oil at the inner wall of a cylinder liner is taken out through an oil picking pipe 3-1. Then, the spool 1-8 is moved leftward by the oil feeding from the oil feeding pipe 8 and the oil discharging through the oil feeding pipe 7. At this time, the rod valve 1-10 is also moved leftward. The small-diameter part is moved through the oil picking hole 1-6, and the clogging in the oil picking hole 1-6 is removed.
