Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce temperature differences by mounting a plate coil closely on the body of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:An elementary plate 10a of plate coil is joined to the surface of the body plate 1a of vessel. After the plate 1a and the plate 10a are simultaneously bent, the plate 10a is inflated by water pressure to form a plate coil 10. As a result, the plate coil 10 can be securely fixed to the outer surface of the body of vessel 1 without causing insufficient contact.
