Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title agent highly soluble in a common organic solvent such as an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene or xylene, highly compatible with an epoxy resin and capable of curing an acrylic epoxy compound or resin at room temperature, and a resin composition containing the same. CONSTITUTION:A catalytic curing agent for an epoxy resin comprising a super acid salt of an N,N'-disubstituted or N,N,N'-trisubstituted urea compound obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound with a prim. or sec. amine at least either of which is monofunctional. The above super acid is selected from among HSbF6, HBF4, HAsF6, HPF6 and HCF3SO3. A resin composition comprising a compound or resin having a plurality of epoxy groups in the molecule and the above catalytic curing agent is also provided.
