MEASUREMENT METHOD OF HUMAN HEMOGLOBIN IN DEJECTION

PURPOSE:To enable measurement of human Hb in dejection in a short time with a handy operation by measuring it by a chemiluminescence method with the presence of an oxidizing agent using an anti-human hemoglobin Hb antibody and luminol or a luminol derivative. CONSTITUTION:Human Hb in dejection as a sample to be measured is bonded selectively to an anti-human Hb antibody converted to a solid phase. The Hb thus bonded is used as catalysis to make a proper oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide react with luminol or a luminol derivative and chemiluminescence generated is measured to determine the human Hb. This enables direct measurement by a catalytic action of the human Hb itself bonded to the anti-human Hb thereby shorting measuring time remarkable with a simple operation. It should be noted that this measurement method enables the measured of the human Hb very linearly from about 100pg.
