PORTABLE INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To provide a portable information processor which is capable of thinning a device main body 10 and freely attaching and detaching an HDD package. CONSTITUTION:An HDD package 20 is inserted in a loading recessed part 11 at a specified inclined angle and when one end of the HDD package 20 comes into contact with the wall face of the loading recessed part 11, the HDD package 20 is rotated with its contacting point as a fulcrum and dropped into the loading recessed part 11. A guide groove 12 and a guide projection 23 are provided on the HDD package 20 and the loading recessed part 11 respectively so that the HDD package 20 is loaded into the device main body 10. Thus, when the HDD package 20 is inserted and loaded from the bottom side of the device main body 10, since a direction for connecting a connector is in parallel with the bottom side, the device main body is thinned as much.
