Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To highly automate condition verification work of a plant through a surveillance system of the plant and so on by verifying necessary information from a huge amount of information at a time, by achieving unification of the system from the viewpoint of information management, by accurately and speedily respond to generation of abnormality in a short period of time, and by carrying out time estimation, a combination of current status and changing tendency. CONSTITUTION:A counted value or data are processed by a surveillance device 1 and an information process device 2, and are stored in a database 3. The database 3 is accessed by an intelligent surveillance device 7, and each input information is analyzed based on the intelligence relating to various data. Time series data are accumulated in a time series data memory 8, and the tendency up to now and a current status are judged in a comprehensive manner based on an intelligence base 9. Fuzzy reasoning is employed for a preview maintenance element.
