Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic coil device for generating a mobile magnetic field preventing the degradation of performance and burning of the coil. CONSTITUTION:This device is the coil device 1 disposed while opposing to an intermediate vessel 10 having at least a rotating flow vessel 10a separating and removing non-metallic inclusion in the molten metal by giving the molten metal horizontal rotating flow and has a cooling device at least in the inside face of a casing 12 for the coil device 1 facing to the molten metal vessel 10. Since the heat in the casing can be made to absorb, the strength of the casing is not lowered with the heat and further, the burning of the coil body can be prevented, the performance of electromagnetic coil device can be stably maintained.
