Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the flocculation effect and filtering property of the waste processing liquid treated for flocculation in the process of flocculating dissolved materials or colloidal materials in the waste processing liquid for a photosensitive material with a flocculation. CONSTITUTION:A first flocculant is added to the waste processing liquid for a photosensitive material containing silicic acid or a silicate, an alkali agent, and an org. solvent, then a neutralizer is added, and a second flocculant is added to separate the sedimentated material and a supernatant liquid. The second flocculant is a cationic polymer flocculant.
