Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide durability against high angular moment load and to easily and inexpensively provide good coupling condition by combining a polygonal joint disc into a flange arm provided for an attaching element, and surrounding a whole attaching region of the joint disc with the attaching element. CONSTITUTION: A resilient shaft coupling essentially consists of an attaching element 10 made of moldable or casting material and a hexagonal resilient joint disc 11 made of fiber reinforcing plastics. The resilient joint disc 11 has attaching regions 16 reinforced at its thickness parts, through which axial connecting element bores 14 extend. In addition, the resilient joint disc 11 has elastically deformable thin web regions 17 on its straight sides. At this time, flange arms 12 are facingly provided for three of thick attaching regions 16 which are respectively displaced by 120 deg.. For reinforcing interference parts, the insides of the flange arms 12 are provided with axial bridges 18 which respectively have an expansion portion inside them.
