Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the inspection time length of a back-up circuit during a shipping test of a micro-electronic control apparatus having a CPU back-up circuit based on a gate array. CONSTITUTION:A back-up circuit 10 controls a fuel injection device 3 and so on instead of CPU 11 when the CPU 11 is considered in abnormality on the basis of a reset signal 12a from a reset circuit 12 having a watch-dock function. Within this back-up circuit is provided a test circuit which is brought to a test mode by a test switch 9 when a shipping test is performed. When inspection of the back-up circuit is conducted during a shipping test of the control apparatus, the inspection time length can be thus shortened by this test circuit.
