Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To incorporate a high color density, high sharpness, good image stability and a minimal tendency toward adhesion to a dye-donor lint in a dye acceptor material by adopting a graft polymer having an unsaturated copolyester as a shank and a vinyl copolymer as a branch as a dye acceptor layer. CONSTITUTION: A dye acceptor layer is constituted to incoporate an unsaturated copolyester as a shank and a vinyl copolymer as a brach in a graft polymer. A weight ratio of the graft shank to the graft branch is normally 10:1 to 1:5. The unsaturated copolyester of the graft shank is formed of a diol, dicarboxylic acid and in some cases a condensed polymer of a hydroxycarboxylic acid under the condition of a double bond polymerizable by 0.2 to 30 mol.% of the monomer. The graft branch preferably contains a polymer of an acrylate containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms in an aromatic vinyl compound and/or its alcohol residue. |
