MOISTURE DEAERATION MECHANISM IN CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND ITS APPLICATION WORK

PURPOSE:To securely and rapidly discharge water content and steam generated from a concrete substrate material in a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION:Rows 2 of recessed grooves having appropriate width and depth are cut and formed by a joint cutter under a curing condition of the substrate material 1. The upper half of the recessed groove rows 2 is covered to prevent water and the lower half thereof is provided with a space. And water and steam are forced to be collected in the space 3 of the recessed groove rows 2. And hence, water and steam generated from the inside of concrete can be securely and rapidly collected and immediately discharged from a deaeration cylinder. Accordingly, the substrate of concrete can be always kept to be in an appropriate dry condition.
