Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To easily adjust switching characteristics, and protect them from external effects by improving an adjusting gear for a throttle mechanism of an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting gear has an actuating tamping rod 30 formed of a guide body 29 and a switch box 44, and switching instruments 58, 59 are disposed inside it. The switch box 44 is slidably supported in the guide body 29 against force of a return spring 51 with a guide step part 45, it guides a switch tamping rod 48 disposed in a direction of the switching instruments 58, 59, and it is deeply threaded into the switch box 44 for adjusting switch timing. External force acts on an actuating body 74 supported in the switch box 44.
