CONSTITUTION:After annealing, when executing cold rolling a tone time, if necessary, to a cast strip having sufficiently intense inhibitor obtd. by supplying molten steel containing component elements in the well-known grain oriented electrical steel onto a cooling body, if crystallized grain size before cold-rolling is comparatively small, cold-rolling ratio is made to low, and as the crystallized grain size before cold rolling becomes larger, the cold rolling ratio is made to higher. In such a way, by selecting the suitable cold rolling ratio according to the crystallized grain size in the cold-rolling raw material, the grain oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density is obtd. by the well- known manufacturing method in the following process. By omission of hot rolling with the rapid solidification of twin roll method, etc., and cold rolling method at one time, the grain oriented electrical steel sheet having excellent magnetic characteristic can be manufactured.
