Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To permit the drying of cake while detecting the temperature of the cake under a condition that a filter is sealed as it is and prevent a temperature sensor from being damaged upon discharging the cake. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 25 is attached to a disc 28 eccentrically so as to be capable of adjusting the up-and-down position of the sensor 25 by rotating the disc 28 when the sensor is attached to a filter 1. On the other hand, the temperature sensor 25 is attached to and/or detached from the filter 1 through a cylinder 33 so as not to bother the discharging work of sludge. A detecting signal from the temperature sensor 25 is sent to a controller 24 to control the supply of hot air 5 or heat medium 4 and effect the automatic drying while controlling the temperature of cake 3 under a condition that the filter 1 is sealed as it is whereby the cake 3 of solid fine particles, having good quality, can be separated from stock solution and dried.
