Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce load applied on a punch due to dislocation or swelling of a paper sheet at punching the paper sheet in a punching machine. CONSTITUTION:It is provided with a motor 1, a gear group 2, punches 3 for punching fitted to a working plate 8, and dice 4 on the receiving side, and by providing paper pressing plates 10 on the working plate 8 through springs 9, dislocation or swelling of a paper sheet is not generated and load applied on the punch 3 can be reduced, because before punching the paper sheet with the punch 3 the paper sheet is pressed against the die 4.
