PURPOSE:To easily program arbitrary PID control logic by executing control by a control operation processing means based on the data of a control data table in the case of PID control. CONSTITUTION:A PID control data table storage part 15 sets and stores the data of various elements for deciding a PID control operation in the form of the table. These data are a target value SV, manipulated variable MV, change ratio to decide the change amount of a controlled variable, polygonal line to transform the controlled variable, tracking value to decide the input value of a tracking amount, feed forward value and timing to set these values, for example. In the PID control, a PID control operation processing part 14 sets the target value SV and the manipulated variable MV and executes a change ratio processing, polydonal line processing, tracking processing and feed forward processing based on the data in the PID control data table storage part 15. Thus, the arbitrary PID control logic can be easily programmed.
