Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To constitute a combined device of a ski board and a ski-binding without weakening the strength of the ski board as for possible, so as to facilitate the assembling work. CONSTITUTION: Assembling holes 9, 10 for ski-bindings 31, 34 are arranged so that the ski-bindings are appropriate for setting of ski-boats of a limitted number of boat-sizes. That is, the holes 9, 10 are arranged so that, after a boat-position of the middle size ski-boot length has been decided at first at the center, the ski-bindings or the ski-binding elements 30, 31, 34 are appropriate for a boot having a length deviated by about 20-40mm, preferably 30mm, from the middle size shoe positioned at the center.
