STRETCH BENDING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To offer the stretch bending system by which a skilled person can execute more easily the work, and an unskilled person can execute easily bending which is equal to that of the skilled person. CONSTITUTION:In the stretch bending system for bending an axis of a stock to be worked to a shape determined by a bending die shape by moving relatively the bending die and the stock to be worked to which tensile force is applied in the longitudinal direction, and allowing both of them to come into contact with each other, bending is executed by prescribing the tensile force and data for driving stretch benders 9, 10 containing each axis moving device by step data related to a moving distance, and by inputting dimensions or thinning and the variance quantity of a variation of a color tone to a fuzzy rule based on knowledge of a skilled person related to by which step and how much the tensile force and the moving speed are corrected, the correction quantity of the step data is derived by a fuzzy inference device 17.
