Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily immobilize microorganisms such as nitrification bacteria and denitrification bacterial on a carrier for immobilizing microorganisms. CONSTITUTION:An introducing device for a carrier for immobilizing microorganisms is constituted of both a first conveyor device 5 which carries the carrier 3 for immobilizing microorganisms into a reaction tank 2 and a second conveyor device 6 described below. The second conveyor device 6 is arranged to the upper part of the first conveyor device 5 by mutually opposing the carrier faces 5C, 6C. While compressing the carrier 3 between both the carrier faces 5C, 6C, the second conveyor device 6 carries the carrier 3 and discharges it into water to be treated.
