Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To inhibit electric discharge from occuring between an antenna and the wall of a wave guide tube facing to the antenna in a system wherein microwaves emitted from the antenna of a magnetron are supplied to the wave guide tube and a heating chamber through an electricity supplying inlet. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 1, a magnetron 2 to emit microwaves from an antenna 3, a wave guide tube 4 to guide the microwaves emitted from the antenna 3, an electricity supplying inlet 5 to supply the microwaves guided by the wave guide tube 4 to the heating chamber 1, and a microwave transmissive cover 8 to shut the electricity supplying inlet 5 from the inside of the heating chamber are installed. An insulator 11 is also installed between the antenna 3 in the wave guide tube 4 and the wall 6 of the wave guide tube facing to the antenna 3.
