Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a plant operation learning device for properly evaluating an operator's skill and enabling an operator to learn plant operation even without an instructor's attendance by using an operation error extraction device and a malfunction selecting device. CONSTITUTION:A plant operation learning device is connected to a simulator 2 to simulate a plant, and constituted of an operation error extraction device 3 for extracting an operator's operation error, and a malfunction selecting device 4 for automatically selecting a malfunction from the extracted operation error.
