Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve efficient painting work by easily shortening a washing time by enhancing the washability of an insulating part. CONSTITUTION:After aqueous paint is supplied to an intermediate storage tank 28 from an earthed color replacing valve mechanism 12, at least a block route 22 is washed with a hydrophilic solvent alone. Therefore, the washability of the block route 22 is enhanced at a stroke as compared with a case using water or a washing solution based on water, and the block route 22 can be certainly washed within a short time. Further, electrical insulation is effectively performed in such a state that the hydrophilic solvent is perfectly dried and a washing time can be shortened still more.
