Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve durability and analysis workability by using a polymer containing a repetition unit of oxazol-2-thion ring on a side, chain, as hydrogen ion concentration sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:A detection cell 1 is constituted of an electric insulating substrate 2, a pair of comb-shaped electrodes 3a and 3b which are installed so as to mesh each other, keeping a small gap on the electric insulating substrate 2, and an oxazol-2-thion ring containing polymer charged layer 4 charging the gap between the electrodes 3a and 3b. The oxazol-2-thion ring containing polymer is casted in a solution or fused article form between the electrodes 3a and 3b, and charged layer 4 is formed. The detection cell 1 is immersed into a test liquid, and the volume intrinsic resistance of the polymer body layer is measured, and the pH of the test liquid can be obtained from the relation between the volume intrinsic resistance and pH. |
