Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a label with an OMR card for a package for delivery, by which a part or most of various types of information entered on the label can be inputted mechanically without the need for a manual operation with little change of the production process, entering method, and the like for a conventional label. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a plurality of slips bound as a label on a package for delivery is an ORM(Optical Mark Reader) card 5. A parcel figure, a type, a destination store code, and the like required for determining a charge out of items for shipping printed on the slip can be entered by selectively marking preprinted characters, numerals, symbols, or pictures. On said card, OMR reading position identifying marks 12 for reading the marking are printed.
