Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate recovering operation and treatment of dog dung, etc., by covering the surface of foreign matter with a coating film of paraffin wax, natural wax, etc., by a jetting means and solidifying the foreign matter. CONSTITUTION:A filler obtained by dissolving paraffin wax, natural wax, beeswax, etc., in a solvent and capable of solidifying at ordinary temperature is jetted to the surface of a foreign matter in spraying state by a jetting means to cover the foreign matter with a coating film of the filler and solidify the foreign matter. Paraffin wax coating film does not produce any poisonous gas in burning and is decomposed even when buried in soil. As a result, the above-mentioned method is free from problems of pollution and problems on hygiene and beauty by release of dog dung are solved.
