CONSTITUTION:The present invention provides, in the case that a room used by a user of an air conditioner is absent for a relative short period of time, means for inputting a non-presence estimating time for inputting a palnned time of absensing the room, means for sensing a room temperature upon elapse of a predetermined time after temporary stopping of the compressor, means for estimating a load temperature for estimating a load in the room from a variation of a room temperature detected by the room temperature sensing means and an operation control means for controlling an operation control for air conditioning the room where no preson is present.
