Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction by a method in which a specific primer film is formed on the wet face of concrete base, and a waterproofing paint composed of a specific mixture is applied to the surface of the primer film to form a stable sound waterproof paint film free of blister. CONSTITUTION:The wet face of concrete base is coated with an acryl resin emulsion with epoxy group as a primer to form a primer film. On the surface of the primer film, a mixture composed of urethane prepolymer with terminal isocyanate groups, cement, asphalt emulsion composed of 45-55w straight asphalt and 8-12wt.% bentonite is applied and hardened to form a moisture-permeable waterproof paint film. In this case, 5-50 pts.wt. cement and 25-100 pts.wt. asphalt (in asphalt emulsion) are added on the basis of 100 pts.wt. urethane prepolymer.
