MONITOR

PURPOSE:To allow a manager to execute other work without anxiety by monitoring a person to be managed such as a child, and at the time of occurrence of abnormality, automatically informing the abnormality to a place where the manager such as a guardian exists. CONSTITUTION:Information inputted by an image input means and a voice input means is processed by an image processing means and a voice processing means to check the position and state of a monitored person. A control means judges whether the monitored result exceeds a previously set limit or not and sends control, information, etc., to an attenlant corresponding to the judged result. In a monitor 4 e.g. an image input circuit 41 inputs an image in a room, an image processing circuit 44 judges the position of a child 1, and when the position of the child 1 exceeds a previously set monitoring range, alarms are generated from an information board and a monitor device 5 through a home bus 3. In addition, sound in the room is inputted to a voice input circuit 42, its level is measured by a sound processing circuit 45, and when the measured level exceeds a previously set level, an alarm is generated.
