CONSTITUTION:An inserting base body (2) having a fitting part (3) at the tip of a flexible shaft (1) is provided, a blade body (4) having a cutting edge (5) at the fitting part (3) is retreated at the insertion time of the inserting body (2) and also advanced by the action of the slide member (12) provided on a blade body (4) at the drawing time to execute cutting.
