Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To manage the production of a small quantity of each of many articles with a high production efficiency and a small loss by simulation by using a computer. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 10 reads out required data from a hard disk 20 or a backup device 18 by the program written on the hard disk 20 to perform the arithmetic processing. Production in formation data of the number of lots, process data in each process, the working time in each process, etc., for each article is inputted and coupling/separation relations of works and flows of works are converted to determinants by process data, and determinants are converted for simulation. The supply order of articles is determined, and determinants for simulation and data of the number of lots, the working time in each process, etc., for each article are used to simulate the production plan in accordance with the article supply order determined in the process which determines supply of articles. The production plan is determined based on data obtained by production plan simulation.
