Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide such a clip wherein a member to be attached is not detached from the clip by a load applied to this member to be attached by fit securing such a member to be attached as a weather strip in the attaching space of attaching member on the car body side by using a clip comprising a flat plate-like base having desired hardness, a support member set up in the vertical direction from one surface of the base and engaging members 9 provided on the side faces of the support member. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a clip 1 having protrusions 17 set up on mutually opposite edges of a flat plate-like base 3 for composing the clip 1, while each of protrusions 17 has such a shape as partially bending a raw material for composing said base 3 toward a support member 5 side, so as to be locked in such a state as biting a rubber material which serves as a member to be attached by means of a load applied to the clip from the outside.
