CONSTITUTION:A metal piece 7, to which a cathode lead terminal 4 to connect with a fuse 8 is connected by welding, and an anode lead terminal 5 are characterized by keeping fixed with a resin layer 11, which does not coat the connection part of the fuse, before the fuse 8 is connected to the lead terminal 4.
