Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a process including a stage for dynamically dividing a system for the specific combination of virtual computers for executing each demand, and a stage for relating a service with the virtual computers in an electronic picture processing system having plural discrete control services. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a system state controller(SSC) 160 which responds to a job processing demand. This receives the job processing demand from a function queue 165, and moves the processing to a series of virtual computers 156 equipped with a service piece 158 necessary for the job execution. The state of the service piece 158 and the constituting elements is monitored by a state detector 161 and a failure/state detector 163. Moreover, the SSC 160 is provided with a long-time scheduler which sets a priority order for the virtual computers necessary for the processing of the job.
