Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a rod-shaped solid cosmetic for lip having remarkably improved blood flow-promoting effect and excellent stability by compounding freeze-dried powder of ROKUJO (antler of Cervus etaphus) tincture. CONSTITUTION:ROKUJO tincture prepared by extracting ROKUJO with ethanol or a mixture of ethanol and water is freeze-dried in vacuum and pulverized, and the obtained powder is compounded to a rod-shaped solid cosmetic in an amount of 0.01-20wt.%. The cosmetic is properly compounded further with other components such as oil, wax, humectant, ultraviolet absorber, antioxidant, surfactant and flavor. It can be used as a drug or cosmetic in the form of a rod-shaped oily solid cosmetic such as lip cream and lipstick. Lips having vivid color can be attained by the blood flow promoting effect of the cosmetic.
