By depressing a floppy disk mode switch 32, a mode for outputting the content of the printer output file form the floppy disk 25 is set. The printer output file is displayed on a printer output file display part 36. A document file to be outputted is selected and indicated by an upward printer output file selection part 33 or a downward printer output file selection part 34, thereafter being outputted from the printer on printing paper 27. |
