AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To regulate the air quantity in both blow-out air passages evenly by providing a damper which regulates the air quantity to a second blow-out air passage, at the lower part of an air conditioner which has first and second blow-out air passages. CONSTITUTION:Air in a room which is sucked in from an air intake panel 3a on a ceiling exposed panel 3 by a blower 10 is sent to a heat exchanger 8 from the blower 10, heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 8, and after it is divided into first and second blow-out air passages 5, 7, the air is blown out from air outlets 3b, 3c on the ceiling exposed panel 3. Since the first and second blow-out air passages 5, 7 have draft passages with different lengths, and the air passing resistance becomes uneven, at an opening at the other end of the second blow-out air passage 7 which has a shorter draft passage, a damper 12 is slide-projected, and the air quantity is made equal to the air quantity of the first blow-out air passage 5 by changing the sliding quantity, and the air quantities blown out from the air outlets 3b, 3c are balanced.
