PLATE CLAMPING COMBINING STRETCHER

PURPOSE: To provide the specified reproducible tensioning force by disposing a tensioning bar and a gripping bar in the radius direction and forming a clamping face for gripping a bending printing plate. CONSTITUTION: The play of a joint is adjusted by adjusting a screw 13, and a holding element 9 formed into the spherical shape is provided on the inner end of a clamping bar 2 on the side oppose to the point of application of a clamping spring 8. The holding element 9 is connected fixingly with a plate cylinder block 11 at the time of rotating of the tensioning bar 1 and co-works with a fixed stopper 10 formed into the spherical shape to rotate the clamping bar 2 in resistance to the force of clamping spring 8 and open a gap 17 for receiving the printing plate. The fixed stopper 10 is joined with the plate cylinder block 11 by a screw, and the fixed stopper 10 can be adjusted by loosening the screw. The gap 17 for receiving the bending plate can be adjusted by the arrangement.
