Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an optical axis actuator for lamp having downsized profile by decelerating the rotation of motor with reduced number of members and varying the location of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 is fixed to a fixing board 2 located in a frame F, a worm gear 3 is mounted on a motor shaft, motor speed is decelerated by means of a worm wheel gear 4 and a straight reciprocal locomotion mechanism is mounted on the worm wheel gear 4. In other words, an elongated groove 9 is made in a guide section 8 mounted on the worm wheel gear 4 and when a pin 7 at the guide section 8 slides in the elongated groove 9, a rod 11 coupled with the guide section 8 is supported by a rod guide 12 provided on the frame F and reciprocates straightly thus adjusting the optical axis of a lamp according to the displacement of the rod 12.
