Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enable an equivalent information transmission characteristic irrespective of the angle position of a pallet concerning with a central longitudinal direction axis in a carrier pallet having a base plate in a plate form and an inserting shaft for a pincushion tube, and connected to an electronic information carrier loadable or encodable and readable/erasable, in which the information carrier is combinable in a non-contact state with the transmitting/receiving antenna of the fixed reading/erasing and encoding device by the transmitting/ receiving antenna. CONSTITUTION: The transmitting/receiving antenna of the information carrier 12 is disposed within the range of the central axis of the carrier pallet 7. The transmitting/receiving antenna has an equivalent effective transmission distance to the transmitting/receiving antenna 18 of the fixed reading/erasing and encoding device irrespective of the angle position concerning with the central longitudinal direction axis of the carrier pallet.
