Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To remove the drop of the insulating and cooling capacity of equipment even if liquid leakage occurs from the lower seal part of an insulating vessel by charging the inner part of the tank with foaming material. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic induction equipment body 4, where winding is stored in an insulating vessel 6, is stored in a tank 1, and is sealed to exhaust the air from inside the insulating vessel 6, and then incombustible refrigerant 9 is charged in this insulating vessel 6. Then, insulating gas is charged to high pressure into the tank 1, and lastly foaming material 13 is charged from the foaming material injection valve 11 provided at the tank 1. In this case, the pressure of the foaming material storage vessel is twice the used highest pressure of the equipment or more. What is more, the foaming material 13 is charged 10-80% of the gas space. In case of charging the foaming material 13 only into the lower part, a guide pipe (manifold) 10 is to be arranged from the foaming material injection valve 11 to each part of the charge part in advance. Hereby, even if the liquid leakage occurs, the drop of the insulating and cooling capacity of the equipment can be removed.
