Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a valve for adjusting the flow rate of the coolant supplied into a cooling module, as for the valve for adjusting the flow rate for adjusting the flow rate of the liquid supplied into a liquid-cooled type computer constant and installed in a fluid circulation system for the compulsory circulation of the liquid coolant into the electronic equipment such as the liquid-cooled type computer. CONSTITUTION:A selector valve 2 which is constituted of a selector shaft 2a which is formed between a pump and a liquid-cooled type electronic equipment and performs the vertical movement for a pipe 1 according to the discharge quantity of the pump, and a stop plate 3 which is positioned in the pipe 1 and receives the resistance of the coolant installed in the lower part of the selector shaft 2a and a tightening member 4 for installing the selector valve 2 onto the pipe 1 are provided.
