Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the I/O controller which makes a personal computer control an I/O device having a special interface by a general bus interface driver without paying any attention to the special interface. CONSTITUTION:An I/O device control part 5 converts data on general interface specifications sent from a general interface converter 3 through a local bus 4 into data on the special interface specifications of the I/O device and outputs the data. Consequently, a central processing part 1 can controls the I/O device 6 having the special interface by the general interface driver without paying attention to the special interface.
