TREATING APPARATUS FOR IN-SITU CONCRETE HEAD

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operation by a method in which the upside of reinforcing bars in a concrete head to be treated are attached with a supporter, a pair of guiders, a cutter, and a pair of deformers. CONSTITUTION:A pile head treater 10 is made up of a supporter 12, a pair of guiders 14, a cutter 16, and a pair of coiled deformers 18 of shape-memory alloy. A reinforcing bar cage 24 is set in an excavated pit 36, and the treaters 10 are radially attached through the supporter 12 to near the upper end of the cage 24. Concrete is supplied into the pit 36 through a tremie tube 42 and hardened. In this case, before the concrete hardens, the deformers 18 are heated by hydration heat, and the cutter 16 is pressingly moved through a presser 34 by the expansion or contraction of the deformers 18 to form a cut in the concrete. The pile head is cut off by using the cut, and the efficiency of operation can thus be raised.
