Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To evaluate a floating-point arithmetic execution program without burden sofware in a processor provided with the floating-point arithmetic function. CONSTITUTION:The number of times of overflow (or underflow) is counted by counters 4 and 5 at a floating-point arithmetic part 1. Counters are connected to an external interface 9 through a bus 10, and their values are only read through the external interface to detect the frequency in overflow (or underflow).
