Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve the edge stability of a laminate by covering a core layer of specific foam or honeycomb shape with a surface layer comprising a fiber reinforced heat resistant thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: A core layer A which comprises a heat resistant thermoplastic, thermosetting resin and has a density of 30-150 kg.m is covered with a surface layer B comprising a fiber reinforced heat resistant thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. Further at least one edge of the core layer A is joined to a foam strip C which comprises a heat resistant thermoplastic synthetic resin and has a density of 200-1000 kg.m to form a laminate having edge-stability. Specifically, the laminate comprising the core layer and surface layer can be manufactured by pressurizing it at a softening temperature of thermoplastic resin of the surface layer or higher, or at a setting temperature of a thermosetting resin of the surface layer.
