Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film useful as a packaging material having excellent adhesion of ink, vapor depositing property of aluminum and transparency without coloring in a heat processing, comprising terephthalic acid or derivative of said acid and ethylene glycol. CONSTITUTION:0.01-0.1wt.% silica powder having 0.5-3mum average particle diameter is contained in a polyester copolymer composed of dicarboxylic acid component comprising 90-99.99mol% terephthalic acid or a derivative of said acid and 0.01-10mol% alkali metal salt of sulfobenzene dicarboxylic acid expressed by the formula (R1 and R2 are H or 1-6C alkyl; M is alkali metal) to be used as a dicarboxylic acid component and diol component comprising 80-97mol% ethylene glycol and 3-20mol% diethylene glycol to afford the objective film.
