DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING GRANULE LOADED ON CAR

PURPOSE:To make the following matters possible: the automatization of discharging granules from a granule tank to a silo or the like; the dissolution of the clogging of the granule; the prevention of the occurrence of a bridge; the management of residual pressure after discharging. CONSTITUTION:An ejecter valve 15 is interposed on a communicating piping 14 to connect the upstream side of a discharging piping 8 to the downstream side of a pressure piping 7. When pressure rising due to clogging is detected in the discharging piping 8 or the like, the ejecter valve 15 is fully opened by a command issued from a clogging preventing control means 11 to dissolve the clogging of granules la. In the case where the occurrence of a bridge is estimated near the inlet ports of discharging branch pipes 8A-8D, high pressure gas spouts out intermittently into a granule tank 2 according to a command issued from a bridge preventing control means to prevent the occurrence of the bridge. In addition to that, residual pressure in the granule tank 2 is emitted near the end of discharging process by a command issued from a residual pressure dissolving control means, and the quantity of air sent toward a granule catching bag filter is therefore restricted for preventing its damage.
